Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at DPB Solutions.
General Questions
How can I get a quote?
Is the price based per hour?
Our prices are per service not per hour. We will provide you with a list of tasks
that will be completed with each service.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes we provide all supplies and equipment. Fresh cloths and mops are used for
each job.
What if I have a complaint?
If you are not happy with the service please call/email us on the day of cleaning
so we can rectify the issue.
Scheduling Questions
Can I get a same-day booking?
In rare cases we can fit a domestic service in on the same day. Sometimes we can
do next-day bookings.
For carpet cleaning due to water damage or spills we try to fit you in same-day
where possible.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you are not going to be home for regular cleaning we
can keep a spare key securely strictly for access to cleaning.
Is there an exact time for my booking?
We try our hardest to provide a time that we will arrive. However due to the
services not having a time frame sometimes this can change. Also due to urgent
jobs such as carpet cleaning for water damage the schedule may need to change
on the day.
When am I charged for the cleaning?
For the first cleaning, an invoice will be sent to your email within 24hours. For
subsequent regular cleaning, invoices will be automatically sent in the early
hours on the morning of the scheduled clean.
What if I need to cancel a scheduled clean?
If cancellation is made after 9am the day before the cleaning a minimum call out
fee will be charged. If there is an emergency please phone us as soon as possible.

What is included in a domestic clean?

What if I need extra services in a domestic clean?
If you require extra services such as window cleaning, oven cleaning etc we can
quote you a price to have these attended to when scheduling allows.
What guarantees do you give for bond cleans?
If there are areas that need to be addressed when the final inspection is done we will come back as a priority and attend to them.
Are the cleaners screened prior to employment?
We have a strict employment polices that include a police check, face to face interviews and trial periods before they are sent to work for our clients.
Can I meet the cleaner?
Absolutely, you can be present to meet them for the first clean. We strive for continuity and will let you know if there are changes to the cleaners.
Why would my cleaner change?
There are a few reasons that your cleaner may change – staff taking holidays, scheduling to suit your needs or we are not satisfied with the quality of service they have provided.
